Who is this Ray who opened an engineering business anyway?

So I picked up a set of these TE37 Super Laps which seem to be all the rage these days. The specs are:

Front: 18 x 9.5 +22 with 245/45 tyres
Rear: 18 x 10.5 +22 with 275/40 tyres
